I have investigated, managed litigation, and led teams addressing national security abuses in many countries: the US, UK, Libya, Pakistan, Tunisia, Morocco, Somalia, Kenya, Poland, Lithuania, Hong Kong, and Yemen.

More recently I have turned to the ways mass data sifting processes affect the world’s most vulnerable populations.

I give interviews, speak, and consult as an expert on counterterrorism, tech ethics, and human rights. If you're interested, get in touch.
